- Prepare for the Site Visit: Familiarize yourself with the location and any available information about the project. Gather necessary tools, equipment, and materials for assessment and note-taking during the visit.
- On-Site Assessment: Arrive at the site punctually and conduct a thorough assessment of the parking lot. Take note of its size, condition, existing markings, obstructions, or any unique features that may impact the project scope.
- Client Communication: Communicate with the client during the site visit to gather additional details about their requirements, preferences, and any specific concerns or challenges they may have. Actively listen to their input and address any questions or clarifications they may need.
